Bajibd Terms and Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

By accessing or using the bajibd website (https://bajibd.ws), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. bajibd's Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bajibd, defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

It is your sole responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bajibd. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Bajibd conducts its Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prior to processing a withdrawal request, or in the case of high-value transactions, you may be asked to submit the following documents to verify your identity:

• Recent utility bill or bank statement
• Proof of Payment Method
• Selfie or Live Verification

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. You are encouraged to withdraw using the same payment method used for your deposit.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Every bet placed on bajibd is considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or event cancellation, bajibd may void the relevant bet and issue a refund.

4.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final. In live betting, odds can change rapidly, and if the odds shift before confirmation, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds. bajibd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

4.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned, the relevant bets will generally be voided and the original stake returned. Specific rules may vary by sport and are outlined in the respective sports guidelines.

• Bets will be void if a cricket match does not complete at least 90% of the scheduled overs.
• If a football match does not complete the full 90 minutes, the bet will be considered void.
• Specific rules apply for other sports.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

To claim the welcome bonus offered to new members, the bonus must be activated within a set timeframe after your first deposit. A specified wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Bajibd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
